Terms and Conditions for LEC Digital
Welcome to LEC Digital. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1. Orders and Customer Approval
1.1. All items will only be printed after receiving written approval from the customer.
1.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details in the provided artwork, including but not limited to spelling, layout, and design, are accurate before giving final approval.
2. Personalised Items
2.1. Personalised items are created specifically to meet the customer’s specifications. As such, **personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable**, except in cases of damage (see Section 4).
2.2. Please double-check all details before submitting approval, as changes cannot be made once production has started.
3. Order Cancellations
3.1. For orders placed via our website, cancellations must be requested within **2 hours** of submitting the order.
3.2. After the 2-hour window, cancellations will no longer be possible as orders are sent directly to production to ensure quick and timely turnaround times.
3.3. To cancel your order within the allowed time, please contact us immediately at **lecdigitaldesign@gmail.com** with your order number.
4. Refunds and Returns
4.1. Refunds or replacements are only available if the item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved design.
4.2. Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item, accompanied by photographic evidence of the issue.
4.3. LEC Digital reserves the right to request the return of any damaged item before processing a refund or replacement.
4.4. Returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or production error will not be accepted.
5. Colour Variations
5.1. Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the final printed product due to differences in monitor settings, material properties, and printing processes.
5.2. LEC Digital cannot guarantee exact colour matching and is not liable for minor colour discrepancies.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Customers must own or have permission to use any designs, logos, or images provided for printing.
6.2. LEC Digital is not liable for copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the customer.
7. Production and Delivery
7.1. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order. Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
7.2. LEC Digital is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. LEC Digital is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
